Welcome to Hawthorne Reserve in Port Arlington – a newly upgraded playground designed by us! We are thrilled that the City of Greater Geelong has chosen our design to transform this space into a fun and exciting play area. With natural colours of beige, dark red and green, this playground blends perfectly with the surrounding environment.

The star of this playground is the main essentials structure, which features a single wave slide, a curved roof for shade, a ladder climber, a fire pole, a spider web climber, and monkey bars. This structure offers endless opportunities for children to climb, slide, and swing, as they improve their physical skills such as balance, coordination, and strength. The curved roof provides much-needed shade on hot days, ensuring that children can play comfortably all year round.

The playground also includes a Wave Rocker – a two-seat inclusive play rocker that can be used by one or two children at once. The Wave Rocker is not only great fun, but it also trains children’s motor skills, balance, and coordination. As children rock back and forth, they are developing their core strength and gross motor skills, which are essential for their overall physical development.
