Fashoda Reserve, Hawthorn

Fashoda Reserve in Hawthorn has been given a fantastic upgrade, thanks to the City of Boroondara. The new playground features a wide range of equipment that will provide hours of entertainment for children of all ages. The junior essentials unit is perfect for younger children, featuring a double slide, shop front panel, steering wheel panel, stairs, fire pole and double roof. The senior unit, using our orbit range, is perfect for older children and includes a slide, rope climber slide access, orbit whirl, pommel walker, sway bars, tight rope and commando crossing.

In addition to the units, the playground also includes freestanding equipment such as a merry-go-round, 2 bay post swing with basket, strap and toddler seat, backhoe and timber steppers. These elements provide a variety of play experiences that promote physical activity, social interaction and cognitive development. The playground is set on mulch with rubber paths to ensure accessibility for all abilities.

The red, brown and grey color scheme of the playground provides a visually stimulating environment that will inspire children to explore and create their own adventures.
