Trapeze Rings – Parkfit

The Trapeze Rings can increase muscle strength, flexibility, range of motion, and coordination. It develops arms, shoulders, back and abdominals.

INSTRUCTIONS: Dips: Holding onto handles lift your body off the ground by pulling downwards. Try to balance yourself in position and then lower to start position.

Horizontal Row: Hold the rings with straight arms, move your body until it is almost horizontal to the ground, then pull yourself up towards the rings then lower yourself back to the starting position.
