Dexterity Bar – Parkfit

Increased physical dexterity has a significant impact on the mental and physical health of seniors and children.

INSTRUCTIONS: In a standing position, hold the marker with either hand and move it along the bar from one end to the other, and back, without it touching the bar.

Alternate hands and increase the speed as you get better, making sure the marker doesn?t touch the bar.
